Universal Pictures’s HD DVD launch line-up revealed

Universal Pictures will offer 10 movie titles in the HD DVD format, ready for the launch of HD DVD this spring, they announced at the CES in Las Vegas. The studio aims to release more movies throughout 2006.

The launch lineup includes 6 new and 4 older movies:

1. Jarhead
2. Doom
3. The 40-Year-Old Virgin
4. Cinderella Man
5. Serenity
6. The Bourne Supremacy
7. The Chronicles of Riddick
8. U-571
9. Van Helsing
10. Apollo 13
